The Sheet Line also consists of five extruders and auto profile control (APC) system, the whole process from resin quantity feeding, mixing, extruding, thickness measuring, cutting and winding is fully automatically computerized controlled. A total of 1 to 9 layers of multi-sheets are fromed by extrusion with thickness from 0.2 mm to 3 mm, which feature recyclable, environmental friendly and economical characteristics.
